Baby Welcoming Celebration!

my cousin had a baby recently and after months of paid maternity

leave, shes finally headin back to work this 2012. and to celebrate

her return, shes bringing these cute lil Macarons as gifts for her

friends at work. i had the most wonderful time bakin these blue

and white Macs, not forgetting the hours of preparation time before

finally popping trays of piped Macs into the oven! nicely stacked and

adorned with ribbons and a capital S - for baby Salman Azfar!

once again after quite some time now, i had the chance to bake

myself my very own batch of French Macarons! its always the best

feeling you can get when you see your macarons build up that

curved dome with the frilly base! thats when you know youve got

the perfect macarons. a crunchy outer shell with a chewy center!

its my first ever attempt at baking a cheesecake and i must say it

turned out really well! its a pretty easy cake to do actually.

i gave out samples to my friends and they all loved it! it was a

roaring success as my friends wanted more :D ill be trying out

new Cheesecake flavors in the weeks to come so

when it comes to Weddings and Engagements, couples can go

for various Customized Cake Designs ranging from a wide

variety of color palettes as well as design concepts. these days,

many are either going for unique, out of this world cake

designs or keeping into the Classic Elegant cake designs.

this is a recent addition of mine into the Weddings & Engagement cake

portfolio. they went for the Classic Elegant cake design choosing colors

which really accentuate and compliment each other well. i personally

believe Wedding and Engagement cakes looks gorgeous with flowers.

this cake was designed for the lady.

these two cakes were designed in mind for the guys. its simple

yet classy. a nice clean palette with a single rose reflects

masculinity.

add in a few more rose buds with black stripes and this cake stands out

with a dash of personality!

heres a shot of them together. a perfect match made in heaven!
