 A friend of mine had asked if i was able to bake him 

a cake for an event recently. through my busy work

schedule, i managed to squeeze in his request for 

this one of a kind cake!

he had requested for a cake to feed 60 hungry navy crew

members! i had a great time recreating this medallion into

edible art from a given picture. the most interesting part of

this cake to me was creating the Singapore crest consisting of 

a lion and a tiger with a red shield with our 5 stars and crescent.

the feedback was resounding from the crew members!

they thoroughly enjoyed the moist Chocolate with Hazelnut 

filing cake! Im glad yall liked it :D

Moroccan Wedding

hey everyone!

As 2012 comes near to the end, i gotta admit that i

havent been as active as the past two years with baking 

my infamous, out of this world cakes due to my new work

commitments. as a teacher now, im only able to take in 

cake requests during the school holiday periods :)

this 5 tier wedding cake was a request from a colleague of

mine for her sister in-laws wedding in december this year.

it took me a full day and a half to complete this cake

and have it ready for the wedding day. this ones a fondant

covered, two flavor cake - Chocolate with Hazelnut filling

and Red Velvet cake. i am really glad with the outcome of 

this stacked cake! it really does compliments the decor of 

the wedding venue with the theme of Morocco.
