iPhone Apps Cuppies

most of us are really into gizmos and techs. be it the latest

model for a DLSR Camera or the coolest High Definition screens.

and with the release of Macintosh iPhones, our lives were once

again driven into a huge frenzy! everybody wants an

iPhone.

thus, the iPhone Apps Cuppies was borned! haha :)

i saw a blog post by someone on a winning entry from a

Cake Enthusiast across the globe on their iPhone Apps Cupcakes!

i was very much inspired from em and was really keen on creatin

mah very own version too!

i gotta say though, with tones of applications created daily

by the hour, i doubt ill ever be out of ideas on choosin an

app to recreate into these cute lil Cupcakes :) i had a blast

baking and decoratin em i wished i had baked a few dozen

more of these Double Chocolate, Cream Cheese Filling

miniatures!

Canon EOS D60 Camera

remember my first ever post on New Years Day?

i did a Sony a550 DSLR Camera! and now, almost a month later,

i received another request for a DSLR Camera in a different model.

equipped with images of different angles of the Camera provided

by the client, ive painstakingly recreated this DSLR Camera into

edible art! its actually pretty cool to present someone with a

Customized Cake in the shape of a life size Camera duncha think?

this edible replica comes complete with the details found on the

real product itself too :) as yall might have realize by now, im

real 'anal' for detail and always makes it a point to strive for

perfection! do pardon mah language yall... kekeke :D

Automobiles - NISSAN Logo

this one was one of the more unique cakes ive made so far :)

ive done the Superhero Logos before and now Automobiles too!

perhaps this cake could be to celebrate the purchase of a brand

new NISSAN car, complete with a nice bow ribbon to its side!

i would say that this could also be a nice surprise cake for someone

whos receivin a Car as a gift on their Birthday :) itll be a nice

hint to a huge shock awaitin after cake cuttin duncha think?

heres anotha request for a football club badge inspired cake design!

yet anotha one to add to my Football Club Customized Novelty Cakes :)

set on a red Fondant covered Cake with golden yellow borders.

i really like how these colours 'pop' against the gold cake base i got.

this time round i made a mini soccer ball to go along with the concept.

Vanilla Cake with Hazelnut Chocolate Filling. the mini ball however,

is an entirely different flavor! Red Velvet Cake! just a lil sum-sum

for Shyanglong whos celebratin the all time memorable 21st Birthday!

hey my 'Jockoholik's, remember back in early December i had a

3D Customized Designer Cake? this year, i had another request

for a guitar shaped cake too :) this one was a request for a

Birthday celebration from Farhana for one of her best fren :)

im not sure if this ones another instrument from Katanaguitars though.

she had asked if i could recreate a guitar thats similar to the one that

belongs to her fren :) after sendin me piktures of it thru email, i

was more than happy to take on her request!

i really had a blast creatin this one of a kind edible art for her :)

its a Double Chocolate, Hazelnut Chocolate Filling cake!

i even made some guitar picks to go along with it.

heres anotha one to add to my Hollywood Movies Theme Cakes!

remember the first one i made - Hollywood Glam

this ones a request for a 21st Birthday celebration too!

a round Coffee Cake with our fav Hazelnut Chocolate Filling :)

Hollywood Glam had a film canister on a red carpet, this ones

with a film roll instead. loads of stars too. but i gotta say that

this one reminds me more of the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

Eileen has got her very own star on the board walk just like all

the most famous artists in Hollywood!

hmmm... im not sure wat the octopus means here actually. hee...

i guess its her favorite creature or sumthin? but it sort of look like

the movies screenin an Octopus movie. "Attack of the Smiley Octopus!"

whenever i do get a request for a Customized Designer Cake

with the theme of Luxury Brands, id literally be on Cloud 9!

i truly enjoy makin these Mini replicas of branded items

especially bags from famous Luxury Hauses ©

this request came from a young lady whos lookin for a customized

cake design for her frens Birthday celebration :) i was told that

her fren really loves the HERMES Birkin bag! and so she decided

to get him one with a Cartier Box too! how sweet :P

this ones a Vanilla Cake with the all time favorite Hazelnut Chocolate

Filling, generously layered on every cake slice :) im really really

happy with this creation made for her and im all psyched up for

more Luxury Brands Customized Designer Cakes to come!

HERMES Birkin - Cartier

Games - Super Mario

wohoo... this is my very first cake for the year 2011!

and what a great way it is to start of the new year with a

2 tier Games Inspired Customized Cake Design :D

to tell yall the truth, i dun think ive really played Super Mario before.

back then, i do remember it was called Sega Saturn. haha...

come to think of it, i really had a good laugh coz everytime me and

my cousin wanted to get a game goin, we had to blow hard into the

cassette before inserting it into the console! bwahaha...

geesh... those were the days :) decades have passed and now, kids

have things like Play Station 3, Xbox 360 and PSP!

after doin some research on the net, i recreated 2 scenes from the

game onto the sides of the cake. this ones a 2 tier Double Chocolate

Cake with triple layers of Hazelnut Chocolate Filling!

plus and assortment of Super Mario Power-ups Cookies!

gosh... those kids at the party sure is gonna be hyper from all

that sugah rush in their system! hahaha :) theres actually quite a

few of these cute power-ups to choose from... i chose these 6 and

made 60 cookies in total, each individually packed. all the kids

will bring home with them a few cookies each then :D
