Valentines Day this year was indeed a memorable one!
i had a few cake requests for the month of February,
with some cakes filled with hand piped buttercream roses.
im sure by now yall would have known how much
i really like hand piping these buttercream roses!
i think i can go on for hundreds of roses and ill never
get tired of each one :) aren't they pretty looking!
this ones a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Hazelnut filling.
i kept it simple with a white fondant sides and piped out
a string of pearl looking trimmings. it really gives that
classy look to it. sometimes less is more :)
